Once you have removed your shoes and socks you will be seated semi reclined and kept comfortable and warm, your feet will be wiped over with a solution. Then your feet will be examined before starting with a relaxing foot massage, commencing with a pressure technique over all the specific reflex points of your feet. The treatment will finish with a relaxing massage. The aim is to encourage the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony in all its parts. Which in turn restores vigour and vitality
